 Brookridge is located in Hernando County Florida, approximately 45 miles north of Tampa and 60 miles west of Orlando. The Gulf of Mexico is only a 15 minute drive away.
 Brookridge is a gated community of over 2400 homes. All homes are doublewide or larger manufactured homes. The community features a clubhouse, pool, tennis, bingo, and a whole bunch of clubs. There is also an 18 hole championship golf course winding through the community. This is a members only course that requires fees separate from membership in the Homeowners Association.

 The best news is, You own your lot, so there are no lot rental fees. The current monthly cost is $38.00 for required membership in the Homeowners Association. Please check out current listings keeping in mind the asking price includes home and lot.
